from scratches during rotation. No wood machining except drilling two 35mm.
holes in door to receive hinges. Clearance of 1-5/8" required for door
in pocket. All steel, ball-bearing construction. Sizes 12-24" with
2-5/8" lost in extraction. For side or overhead doors 3/4"-1"
thick. Shipped with hinges, hinge mounting plates, stabilizer bar and roller

each upper ansd lower unit prevent heavy doors from sagging as the ball-bearing
slides are extracted. Designed especially for a 3/4" thick wood follower
strip, instead of a steel following strip, so that spacing of hinges can
be modified as the doors require Engineered
with precision to ensure a rigid application with a smooth, easy slide.
Positive snap catch in the extende position
prevents damage to door from early closing. Foor doors up to 48" high
weighing up to 25 pounds. Uses 35mm. half overlay hinges with the proper
thickness mounting plate to limit clearance between door and cabinet to
only 1/16". |
