 Stainless steel grommets come in a variety of depths and diameters. Most people pick 2 inch depths because will usually hide the raw counter top materials but for tops less that one inch, the one inch depths are fine. Medical and Dentist offices mostly use a 6x6 grommets, but they also use 6x2 or 6x4 inch grommet.
